Return Policy:
We hope you will be satisfied with the products you have purchased. However, we offer returns for products that you are not satisfied with for reasons such as design, material and workmanship errors, insufficient quality or not suitable for their intended use. This also applies if the expiration date has passed after delivery of the products. You can return the products within fourteen days of the date of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging. It is not possible to return or exchange online products purchased at a discount. For the return process, follow the steps below:
1. Step: Please contact our customer service team with our phone number to give information about the product you want to return. Please specify the details of your order number and the products you want to return.
2. Step 3: After receiving information that your return has been confirmed, make sure that the products are packaged securely and in their original outer packaging. Specify the type of your return (refund, exchange, or store credit).
3. Step: Complete the return process with the cargo company to be determined by our Customer Service Team.
4. Step 3: After the returned items are checked, the return process will be processed. If the product is opened and in poor condition, a return will not be possible. You will be notified when the return process is complete. During peak times, the processing time can be extended up to 30 business days. The return payment will be made within 30 business days of receipt of the products. Shipping costs will be covered by us.
Cancellation Policy:
If the order has not yet been processed, you are legally entitled to cancellation. You can cancel your order by logging in from your account.
